Indusparquet hardwood craftsmanship has evolved with over a century of knowledge and skill in the production of wood products. Founders Kiko Uliana and Jose Antonio Baggio began working in the family sawmill at a young age. By 19 years of age, they were producing parquet flooring during the week and installing it on weekends. In 1970, Kiko and Jose Antonio founded Indusparquet in the city of Tiete, São Paulo state, Brazil. Today, with over 4 decades and 4 generations of family involved in the production of hardwood flooring, Indusparquet is proud that many of its original employees remain dedicated to the company. This is the story of a Brazilian family-owned company with a global presence that, for more than four decades, has produced a huge range of types and formats of top quality wood flooring. Ethics, commitment, sustainability and technology are the central planks of the company´s exacting process of creation, production and sales.

After 40 years of sustained growth, Indusparquet now ranks as the world´s leading producer of premium hardwood flooring. Boasting three manufacturing plants in Brazil, distribution centers around the world and a work force numbering 500-plus, Indusparquet exports to all five continents and over twenty-five countries. Its floors feature in some of the world´s most illustrious settings. Indusparquet branded products reflect a company which has made its name through unrivalled product quality and styles. Every square foot is crafted using cutting-edge manufacturing technology. Technology that transforms quality hardwoods and innovative styles into stunning floors that are fashion statements in their own right.

Currently, there are three styles of Brazilian Cherry flooring available, two of which are unique. The hand scraped Brazilian Cherry Rogue, and French Bleed are a little darker, and less prone to darkening from light than other styles. These engineered planks are a ½” thick and 5” wide, but can be resanded thanks to a thick top layer.

The company also has a lighter board with a more natural look that’s smoother, but you prefer something smoother and more in-line with classic cherry, with higher light sensitivity. It’s available in varying sizes in both engineered and solid hardwood form. Smooth Santos Mahogany is also an option if you like the reddish-brown hue, and want it to stay that way.

When you want flooring from Brazil that’s Lacey ACT and CARB compliant, Indusparquet is well worth a look. They are one of a handful of companies with high-quality Brazilian Cherry flooring, and their engineered products can be used anywhere in your home. You can find their flooring in a variety of stores across the United States and at a few select retailers online.

After a few recommendations from different floor stores for my new hardwood floors, I contacted Indusparwuet. They spoke about their products with great expertise and left me confident in the type of flooring that I was choosing. What began as an overwhelming ordeal ended as a fun project. My floors have a beautiful finish and the price was very reasonable.”
