Ordering & Pricing

How are your prices so low?

As liquidators, we work directly with manufacturers and distributors to acquire overstock, closeouts, and first-quality flooring at significant discounts. We pass those savings directly to you — Direct Factory Closeouts.

Are your products first-quality?

Yes. The vast majority of our inventory is first-quality, brand-new flooring from top manufacturers. Any seconds or irregulars are clearly labeled so you always know exactly what you're getting.

Do you offer contractor or bulk pricing?

Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing for contractors and large-volume orders through our Trade Program. Contact us at (469) 583-7053 or email (469) 583-7053 for a custom quote.

Why are some products listed without prices?

Some manufacturers require us to honor their Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, meaning we cannot publicly display the price online. Call or email us with the product name and we'll give you our actual price — usually well below MAP.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all 50 states. Most orders ship via LTL freight for safe, secure delivery of heavy flooring materials.

How much does shipping cost?

We use flat-rate freight tiers based on total order weight:

  • $399 — small orders
  • $599 — medium orders
  • $799 — large orders
  • $999 — XL pallet orders

No hidden fees. The tier shown at checkout is what you pay.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available — contact us for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect all shipments upon delivery. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it promptly.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unopened boxes. Restocking fees apply:

  • 15% for returns within 0–7 days
  • 20% for returns 8–14 days
  • 25% for returns 15–30 days

See our full Refund Policy for details. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All products carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — check the product page for specific details or contact us. Most engineered hardwood carries 25+ year residential warranties.

Can I return opened boxes?

Unfortunately, no. Once a box is opened, we cannot resell it. Order with the 10–15% waste buffer recommended on every product page, and only open the boxes you're actively installing.

Sizing & Calculations

How do I know how much flooring to order?

Measure each room's square footage (length × width), add them together, and tack on 10–15% for waste, cuts, and future repairs. Our product pages include a built-in Coverage Calculator that does the math and tells you exactly how many boxes you need.

Why do you only sell full boxes?

Manufacturers pack flooring in factory-sealed boxes for shipping integrity. Selling partial boxes risks damage in transit and wastes material. Our calculator always rounds up to the next full box — the small extra is your insurance against installation mistakes and future repair pieces.

Why is the price shown per square foot but I pay per box?

Industry standard is per-sq-ft pricing for easy comparison across brands. Since flooring physically ships in boxes (e.g., 23.91 sq ft per box), your final price = (boxes needed) × (price per box). The calculator on each product page shows both numbers transparently.

Installation

Do you offer installation services?

We don't directly provide installation, but we can recommend trusted installers in the DFW area. Many of our LVP and laminate products are DIY-friendly with click-lock installation.

Do I need underlayment?

Most floating LVP, laminate, and engineered hardwood installations need an underlayment for moisture protection and acoustic cushioning. Some click-lock products have pre-attached pad — check the product spec sheet. We carry compatible underlayment in our accessories collection.

Should the flooring acclimate before installation?

Yes. Most manufacturers require 48–72 hours of acclimation in the installation environment. Lay the unopened boxes flat in the room where they'll be installed, with normal HVAC running. Skipping this step voids most warranties.
