Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your flooring. This policy explains what can be returned, when, and how.

30-Day Return Window

You may return unopened, full boxes of flooring within 30 days of delivery. Boxes must be in resalable condition — unopened, undamaged, and from the same lot as shipped.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened boxes or partial boxes
  • Installed flooring
  • Special-order, custom-cut, or made-to-order products
  • Clearance and final-sale items (marked at the time of purchase)
  • Samples
  • Accessories that have been opened or used (underlayment, adhesives, trims)

Restocking Fee

Returned flooring is subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and warehouse handling. The restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return freight charges unless the return is due to a Factory Flooring Liquidators error (wrong product shipped, defective product not reported at delivery).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email (469) 583-7053 with your order number and which items you want to return.
  2. We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack and ship the items back to our Carrollton warehouse with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of each pallet or carton.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received damaged or defective product, see our Shipping Policy for inspection and claims procedures. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled at no charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
