1. About Us
Factory Flooring Liquidators is a Texas-based flooring retailer doing business as "Factory Flooring Liquidators." Our principal place of business is 1500 N Interstate 35E, Suite 106, Carrollton, TX 75006.
2. Orders and Pricing
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
- Some products are subject to minimum advertised price (MAP) agreements with manufacturers. The price for these products is available in the cart and at checkout.
- An order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email.
3. Payment
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We do not store full credit card numbers — payment is handled by Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment system.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Product Information and Color Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately, but actual appearance may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, and natural variation in flooring materials. We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a large order. Slight variation between dye lots is normal in flooring and is not considered a defect.
7. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to all products. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — see the manufacturer documentation included with your order. Factory Flooring Liquidators does not provide an independent warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers. Improper installation, water damage from leaks or floods, and normal wear are excluded from most warranties.
8. Installation
Customer is responsible for proper installation, including subfloor preparation, acclimation, and following manufacturer instructions. Factory Flooring Liquidators does not perform installation and is not liable for installation errors or installation-related damage.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Factory Flooring Liquidators' total liability for any claim arising from or related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including lost profits, installation costs, or property damage.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on factoryflooringliquidators.com — including images, text, logos, and design — is owned by Factory Flooring Liquidators or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submit false or misleading information, or harass our staff or other customers.
