Shipping policy

Factory Flooring Liquidators ships flooring nationwide from our Carrollton, Texas warehouse. This policy explains shipping methods, lead times, costs, and what to expect when your order arrives.

Shipping Methods

Because flooring is heavy and palletized, most orders ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Small orders of samples and accessories may ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Lead Times

  • In-stock items: Ship within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Special orders: 1-3 weeks depending on the product and manufacturer.
  • Transit time: Typically 3-7 business days within the continental US once shipped.

You will receive a tracking number and carrier contact information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate freight pricing nationwide so you know your total cost upfront — no surprises at checkout.

* First pallet (up to 2,500 lb): $399
* Second pallet (2,501-5,000 lb): $599
* Third pallet (5,001-7,999 lb): $799
* Large orders (8,000+ lb): $999

Delivery

Freight deliveries are curbside by default. The driver will lower the pallet from the truck to the ground at the end of your driveway. Standard freight does NOT include carrying material into your home, garage, or up stairs.

Optional services available at checkout or by request:

  • Liftgate service — recommended if you do not have a forklift on site.
  • Residential delivery — automatically included for home addresses.
  • Appointment delivery — schedule a specific delivery window with the carrier.

Inspecting Your Delivery — IMPORTANT

You MUST inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Look for:

  • Crushed corners or visible damage to pallets
  • Wet, water-stained, or punctured cartons
  • Missing cartons (count against the bill of lading)

If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos. Signing a clean delivery receipt waives most damage claims.

Damage Claims

Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing (469) 583-7053 with photos and your order number. Claims filed after 48 hours may not be honored by the freight carrier.

Local Pickup

Local customers may pick up orders from our Carrollton showroom at no shipping charge. Call ahead to confirm availability.
