Tropical Flooring and Montserrat Floors (operating under parent corporation Forestindo Inc.)

Initially starting as a high-volume distributor focused heavily on durable, resilient exotic wood species and high-traffic finishes, Tropical Flooring established a strong foothold with regional builders, contractors, and mid-to-high-end retail clients.  

To capture the ultra-premium architectural market, the company expanded its portfolio with Montserrat Floors, a branch tailored specifically for bespoke architectural projects, wide-plank European Oak, and artisanal, reactive-stained finishes. Today, both brands operate with coordinated national logistics under parent entity Forestindo Inc., striking a balance between volume retail distribution and premium, designer-focused collections.

Both brands utilize a coordinated regional logistics hub system spanning the West Coast, East Coast, and Southeast to manage national distribution:

Montserrat Floors' high-end architectural collections on the East Coast route primarily through the Phillipsburg facility, while bulk container inventory for Tropical Flooring routes through the primary Southern California hubs.
